He noted that it is wrong to hold the driver alone responsible for an accident, to the extent that infrastructure contributes to preventing crashes.

📌 The director has also mentioned the importance of Vision Zero Concept for the resolution of this problem.

“This program puts forward the idea that it is not only the driver who is responsible for an accident, but also the road designer. The goal of the Concept is to reduce the number of deaths and the likelihood of injury on city streets.”
