The Government of Kazakhstan has approved a new Site Plan for Astana until 2035. The document provides for the large-scale development of the capital in all directions. The total amount of investments for the implementation of the Site Plan will amount to 6,3 trillion tenge. Whereof: about 4,3 trillion tenge are private investments in housing construction This will enable the construction of more than 1 million new apartments and houses. Investments in infrastructure projects amount to 700 billion tenge. These funds will be used to build new schools, kindergartens, hospitals, roads, bridges and other facilities. The implementation of the Site Plan will make Astana a modern and comfortable city for living, working and recreation.
